poem

When in disgrace with fortune and men’s eyes,
I all alone beweep my outcast state,
and trouble deaf heaven with my bootless cries,
and look upon myself, and curse my fate,
wishing me lie to one more rich in hope,
featur’d like him, like him with freinds possess’d
ddesireing this man’s art, and that mans scope,
With what I most enjoy contended least:
yet in these thoughts myself almost despising,
haply I think on thee, -- and then my state
like to the lark at break of day arising
from sullen earth sings hymns at heaven’s gate
for thy sweet love remember’d such walth brings
that then I scorn to change my state with kings’.

Three steps to change your state, focus, and habits
How to change your debilitating habits

1) Get Leverage:
What will happen if you don’t change?
What will happen if you do change?
        Associate pain and Pleasure
        Make your shoulds into musts
2) Change your pattern
        Instantly find something else
you can focus on. Make it as
playful and child like as possible
3) Find some empowering new associations
        purpose + reasons = outcome

Through your vision you see the future.
